Return & Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges only if the item is received damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. After this period, we won’t be able to process any exchange requests.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at jazzmintonpadle@gmail.com if your item is damaged or if you received the wrong product. We'll evaluate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of damage (photos or videos).

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-exchangeable Items
We do not offer exchanges for:

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

Items that have been used

Sale items or gift cards
